Membership Meetings
General Membership Meetings provide members with an opportunity to get up to speed with what is happening at the HBA of the Grand Traverse Area, discuss industry related information, garner new ideas and reconnect with colleagues. Plus, we have a lot of fun!
Meetings take place 8 times per year and hosted by an HBAGTA member at their business location or location of choice.

2020 General Membership Meeting Locations
February 10th – Co-Hosted by Real Estate One & Bonek Agency. Being held at Traverse Area Association of Realtors (TAAR), 852 S. Garfield Ave., Traverse City. New members recognized, member milestones recognized, and EXPO Booth Winners announced.
March 9th - At Bay View Flooring, 67 US-31, Traverse City. Annual Award Nominations Kick-Off "Toot Your Own Horn". Chili Cook-Off Awards will end our fun night!

May 11th - Cancelled
June 22nd - Virtual meeting via Zoom. Link will be emailed to you upon registration.
September 14th - At Northern Building Supply - Traverse City. Parade of Homes Builder Awards presented.
October 12th - At Builders FirstSource. Annual Meeting of the Membership and Board Elections.
November 9th - At Morse Moving & Storage, 2040 Traversefield Dr., Traverse City. Scavenger hunt!
Interested in Hosting a General Membership Meeting?
This is a great opportunity to introduce your business to the HBAGTA members!
Tips:
- Ask vendors or suppliers to co-host the meeting. Offer to set up a 6 ft. table for the vendor/supplier to exhibit and give them the microphone for a quick introduction of their business and products.
- Request the vendor/supplier provide door prizes
- If your business location is too small or not conducive for a large group, work with the HBA office staff to identify an alternative location.
