General Membership Meetings provide members with an opportunity to get up to speed with what is happening at the HBA of the Grand Traverse Area, discuss industry related information, garner new ideas and reconnect with colleagues. Plus, we have a lot of fun!
Meetings take place 8 times per year and hosted by an HBAGTA member at their business location or location of choice.

If we do that I think it will help in forging strong relationships with other members, many with which we will likely want to partner with on future projects. Interested in Hosting a General Membership Meeting?
- Ask vendors or suppliers to co-host the meeting. Offer to set up a 6 ft. table for the vendor/supplier to exhibit and give them the microphone for a quick introduction of their business and products.
- Request the vendor/supplier provide door prizes
- If your business location is too small or not conducive for a large group, work with the HBA office staff to identify an alternative location.
